Meet Your Attorneys—Neighbors, Not Just Legal Advisors
Proudly serving Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin with steady, thoughtful legal guidance focused on estate planning and probate matters.
Block Legal Services was built to provide focused legal counsel in estate planning, probate, and contested estate matters throughout Milwaukee County and surrounding communities. Many clients want to know exactly who they’ll be working with before they schedule a consultation, especially when legal decisions involve family, finances, or potential conflict. Our firm is structured so you work directly with an attorney—not handed off without clarity or access. That direct relationship brings consistency, preparation, and confidence from your first meeting through resolution.
Our mission is to give every client clarity, confidence, and genuine partnership as they plan for their family’s future.

Values That Guide Your Experience
- Integrity: Every recommendation puts your interests first—Block Legal is driven by what’s best for you, not billable hours. That means crafting strategies to avoid unnecessary probate and always offering honest advice.
- Personalized Attention: You work directly with Will and Nick, never shuffled between junior staff. Each estate plan is designed to fit your life, your wishes, and your family.
- Education-First Philosophy: Clients are empowered with clear explanations and practical steps, not just handed forms. We believe understanding your plan is as important as having it in writing.
- Community Focus: As lifelong Wisconsin residents, our attorneys are not just advisors—they’re neighbors. Relocating to Elm Grove brought us closer to the people we serve, and we’re proud to be part of this local community.
